No, but there are a number of stores that carry Nine West.
When I went to use Google to check this for you, all Nine West locations in MN are closed. There used to be one at both Twin Cities Premium Outlet and Albertville but they're closed. Best way to see if I might have missed something is Google "Nine West" Mn locations, they do include when you use Google, other shoe stores that sell Nine West shoes...
I don't recall seeing one there the last time I went.
