Hi Carole, thanks for your question. For adults, the exam is $380, which includes all the required laboratory tests and completion of the i-693 form in 2 business days. It is not necessary to receive these vaccines at our office, as they can be expensive. We offer all of our patients the option to get their vaccines at the department of health, where the vaccine costs are subsidized by the city (usually everything there costs less than $20). But some patients choose the convenience of having them here. And to be clear, the papers can still be completed in 2 days whether you choose to get any needed vaccines here or at the department of health.
