If you try calling the guitar department, they won't answer. I've tried to call a few days at a time and they just don't answer. Everytime I go in person, there's always an attitude or problem. Especially, when it comes to change. They give you a look as if you did something wrong. 100% horrible service. I was actually calling because I wanted to buy a guitar and check to see if they still had it. That's a sale lost. I'm sure they. Could care less.

Shop at this store often enough bought sm58, wmw phase dj, rented speakers brought friends to buy PA speakers. Came in with wife to audition krk subwoofer no test option. But associate was ready to check-out. Im like nah i wanna hear it. Lol. Nothing doing. Meanwhile, i drive to guitar center in garden city. Store associate had it hooked up for me in the studio area, let me choose the music didnt rush me, it was a great test drive (it sold itself) and i bought it in the garden city guitar center. I guess i didnt look to the bk store like i was gonna buy it or something. Lol circa march 22
