Everyone was so kind except security on eight floor. I was so nervous about my test, but officer make me comfortable. I’m giving five star but if I could i will definitely give more.

Building open at 7 am. They didn’t update open time after Covid. Security doesn’t follow citizenship interview scheduled time but go there as early as possible because you’ve to wait on the line for a very long time. First comer get the interview first.

The staff once inside are respectful and overall very helpful. I would give them 5 stars all day. Now when it comes to the security guards at the enterance they are horrible. They treat you like trash, theyre extremely disrespectful and they dont have any consideration with the elderly. I came im with my 80 year old grandmother today 5/3/22 around 1:30 and it was a nightmere. I even got accused of spitting someone when it was impossible for me to have done that because i never took my mask off once i entered the building. Hope someone higher up sees this and investigates further on the matter. That lady guarding the door where the metal detector is nothing but worthless to what a federal building is supposed to be.
