They do not practice confidentiality of information... instead of going to the place to inspect the regulations and safety in a surprise way... they call the construction site and give the name of the person who made the complaint and notify the date that they are going to go to inspect... it's absurd because they put them on notice... they don't protect the person's information...

It's sad I went down to the office to complain about the place in where I am in currently working no air, hot ,dirty ,no bathroom , and they told me that's not important. It's really sad that none of these people that work there see the problem they are so lax and lazy and have no urgency in helping the labours in NYC.
