It is located on West 21st and the boardwalk. I think the season will start in June with concerts going well into September. There is a restaurant (Kitchen 21) which is open year round and it's part of the venue.
The entrance is right on the boardwalk at the beach, at West 21st street. Theater has been open a couple of years now. Don't know when the shows will actually begin for the season. Online schedules should be easy to find.
