A permanent resident (green card holder) cannot sponsor his parent. You have to wait for your daughter's citizenship.

The green card, which has no expiry date, is still an important document confirming our permanent resident status. However, please remember that such documents are very old and have practically no security - this may have aroused the suspicion of an official at the border.
