What a horrible company with horrendous customer service. I ordered 1 item 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. When you email customer service they can't actually explain why it hasn't shipped yet and they cut and paste the same response each time. When I called them to cancel the order they said I couldn't cancel it even though it HAS NOT SHIPPED YET! They said I can return it and they'll charge me $6 for shipping. What a scam. Unbelievable. Will never order again from this company.

I ordered a final sale no return skirt that came today. I had previously ordered from this company and considered them trustworthy, as so many online retailers are not. Well, neither is this company any longer in my book! I ordered the skirt in a large, the tag says large but it is definitely an extra large. For the most part, Ny&Co is not a “run big” kind of clothing retailer. It is obvious that the skirt was mislabeled, probably returned by multiple people, and then put on the website as a non returnable item with an $18.00 price tag attached to hook a buyer. I will no longer shop from them. Everyone is struggling nowadays, and I don’t like feeling like I was conned.

They have stolen from me, I placed an order for some shoes and it took a long time to send them to me and when they arrived I no longer needed them and I returned them and I am talking about the fact that my return arrived more than 3 weeks ago and they have not even processed it and that is steal, I call and the phones are disconnected, the live chat no one answers, in email no one has answered my mails either…. At least they should forward what I return to them…. After a month and a half I received my refund...
