Yeah you can call their nurses desk and if any one ever answers you can talk to them but that doesn't mean thrir gonna tell you what's really going on. I learned this the hard way. My mother was treated very poorly there!
Their patient care is horrible!!! They dont treat your family with any kind of respect or care..the food there well not fit for a dog and wen they mess up u get a turkey sandwich for dinner .wouldnt recomend for anyone
Absolutely. Each patient is assigned a Case Manager that serves as point of contact for updates or connecting you with specific professionals caring for the patient (doctors, nurses, therapists, etc.). Additionally, each patient is assigned a patient advocate who’s primary purpose is to assist in answering questions and helping to ensure patients/families are having a positive experience.
