If you did not pay your box fees they will lock your box until it is paid. Go to the office where your box is located and inquire at the front counter
Correct you may need to go there during business hours to handle your PROBLEM the 1800 number is more for parcels not being delivered
If your lock has been changed, you probably didn't pay your box fee in time
