There is a lot of things you can do there on Sunday when it is unstaffed like buy postage and send packages.

I always go here to drop items for shipping. Great customer service for any kind of services you need. Post office is always busy so expect some line and delay. They just upgrade new card reader system and it's so much better than their old one. I always come in and out thanks to their self-kiosk service that I use to scan my shipping packages for receipt either through email or paper receipt. For any people that rate 1 or 2 stars, imagine you are short staff, have a lot of people seeking for services, and see if you can manage fast like them.

Terrible employees. Terrible service. Three people behind the counter; only one "working" but she was just telling people they needed additional forms because it was the end of her shift and she didn't want to help anyone and she managed to disappearwithout doing so. The other two gossiped about how bad the other employees there were and didn't even pretend to help anyone before disappearing. When the next employee came out after my fourth time going through the line and filling out forms he literally ripped up half the forms the previous person had me fill out and threw them in the trash. None of the employees were wearing uniforms.

Post office could not specify why they were unable to deliver my package and why it was being held at their facility. I am unable to pick up the package and needed it dropped off. I repeatedly asked for assistance, but received little to no response. They soon lost track of it.

Questions & Answers

Can never get anyone on the phone. Paid $30 months ago to get mailbox lock changed, no call, no followup. These people have no regard for residents.

Go on usps.gov and file a complaint. It will go to the supervisors email and they have to resolve the issue.

I have been waiting on hold for almost an hour needing to speak with a specific branch regarding my PO Box. This is the 800 number and I need to ask a question regarding the status of my box...I was unable to open it last night.

If you did not pay your box fees they will lock your box until it is paid. Go to the office where your box is located and inquire at the front counter
