Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ali was very rude and I stayed in the line many times because of his falls information. At end he blame me and start arguing.

Had the worst experience with Ali. He doesn’t know that customers can pick the type of receipt (email, print, or both) so he just prints it every time. He doesn’t seem to understand that an email is better for a customer to send multiple tracking numbers versus typing in the 20 digits from a hand receipt. When I told him that he selected hand receipt before letting me choose email, he said I was wrong. He then stormed off during our disagreement and said next time to not go to him. The other clerks agreed with me about what happened and acknowledged Ali isn’t helpful. Terrible customer service from Ali, but every other clerk knows what they’re doing and are professional.

MAY 1, 2022 I mailed my estimated taxes inside the PO at S Pickett Street, Alexandria, VA 22304. I went over on May 2 Monday to assure that the mail was stamped and sent. There was only one person working at 2:34 pm, and he assured me (I stood in line for 20 min) that all the mail from the box had been stamped and sent to its destination. How can only one person be on duty when the line is standing out the door?!!!

On March 14 I mailed two St. Patrick's Day cards INSIDE this post office. They have never arrived in the neighboring ZIP code.
