Worst post office ever! The staff there are not up to par and they do not know how to talk to their customers. The staff, need to look up the definition of customer service. From management down to the carriers they are insane. I am ready to move my family at this point. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

I was there today to renew my passport. Ms.Marci was alone working the passport line and the line was long. When I tell you, she held it down and was very polite, apologetic and professional, I cannot make it up! She made sure to tell everyone who walked in that she will get to them as soon as she could. People started to argue and she handled the situation very well. She made sure to tell everyone the right documents to complete and tried to help everyone as fast as she could. She got the line down within a good 30 mins that I was there. The best part about it was She smiled the whole time. Thank you Marci for your customer service. It made a difference to me today!
