I have put in for passport renewal for over 3weeks now, and no message from the Embassy on when to come for thumbs print, and be calling and mailing, no one is going thru, what is going on with this Embassy, my Traveling is close an no pport

You should have gotten an appointment date shortly after submitting the application.
