Send an invitation letter and let the person fill out an application form online using the US embassy in Nigeria website for detailed information and application procedures.

Since his plan is to go to school in the US, he will need to apply and be accepted into the college and then apply for a student Visa at the US Embassy in Nigeria. I am by no means no authority on this but I think the following information may help: 1. Visit college website for information on international students. 2. Prospective student studies for and writes any necessary international exams required by school. Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is commonly required 3. The prospective student completes an application to the school and provides necessary documentation. Application has to be successful to proceed. 3. School forwards necessary paperwork to US Embassy and admitted student to enable for Visa application and processing. 4. Complete visa application on the US Embassy website, attend interview, and be granted or denied visa Failed application?Empower this family's son to complete his GED in his location, get a Bachelor's at least, and go from there.
