My appointment is scheduled and I have all the required documentation. I was wondering 1: Should the application details be signed at home with the application date or at the embassy? 2: Should I get a prepaid mailing package, FedEx or USPS? Thanks.

You can sign at home or at the Embassy..wont make that much of a difference but I would recommend that you just sign at home so you have everything prepared and ready to hand off to them. If you dont live in Maryland or DC then bring a prepaid mailing package so they can mail your passport back to you when its ready....but it may take longer to get to you since they have to mail it. Hope this helps.
