My appointment is scheduled and I have all the required documentation. I was wondering 1: Should the application details be signed at home with the application date or at the embassy? 2: Should I get a prepaid mailing package, FedEx or USPS? Thanks.

Sign everything at home..and yes get a prepaid usps

You can sign at home or at the Embassy..wont make that much of a difference but I would recommend that you just sign at home so you have everything prepared and ready to hand off to them. If you dont live in Maryland or DC then bring a prepaid mailing package so they can mail your passport back to you when its ready....but it may take longer to get to you since they have to mail it.
