No i as an American i was able to mail my application via a visa processing company after being very careful to fill out the online for without geing kivked off system by simple mistakes ! But if you are a nigerian wantingvto enter the USA you must visit the US embassy IN LAGOS OR ABEJU via interview appointment and be aporoved face to face!

This is very shameful !!!!!!, for the embassy of Nigeria without working phone number in this era of technology. I have been calling to follow up to know the status of my renewal passport that was process on July 18th, 2019, expected to received by mail, no representative to answering my call and voicemail is full. We are Nigerian, let us do better than this because this is very shameful.
The rules changed in 2016 before that I was able to mail it in. But now all adults have to go in person for biometrics, no exceptions apparently. They said for my baby we could mail it in.
