Yikes. The staff was very professional when i visited.
Well the issue was when I was there there were a machine in which did not work and I got my prize out of there but it got stuck under the machine so they told me that it was nothing that they could do and there's no one that I can call so I called the corporate office and they actually had to reprimand a manager at that location

This staff is always rude to customers it's best you don't go if you expect hospitality
Wow never experienced that there. Make a complaint to the corporate office.
We have only been there during off peak hours. It all depends on timing.
