Lowe's is very unprofessional! I would never again schedule them to do an install estimate, they cancel at the very last minute which is inconvenient! I am not sure who David McDougall is, but hopefully he reads this and make the needed changes.

I love Lowe's, but they need to train their employees! If you know better you do better!

As a Bowie resident and regular shopper at Lowe's, it's a good place to shop. The team on the floor remains helpful and available so it's not difficult in finding someone for help. From my experience, there hasn't been an issue, with the exception of a man at the self-checkout, he acted as though he didn't want to assist when those 3 self-checkouts where occupied. "I know you're able to check me out because other attendants gladly do it." He got an attitude and said to me that "it's not my job." That was unacceptable and rather bring to the attention of the manager, I reminded him that it is in fact his job and demanded that he assist me in a polite manner. It's about the attitude and delivery and I try to be kind; however, as a paying customer, my expectation is different and people should be held accountable for the actions. When service is good, I show appreciation and tell them and when it's not, I remind them and ask to be treated better. The manager's must continue to monitor their staff and listen to the customers as we're the ones working with the team members. The hiring practice should bring in qualified people that know how to interact with people and provide a level of service that mirrors its business model.

Not likely, If you are using a tool for business and it breaks and some how causes extensive 'breakdown cost' might more so be an insurance claim but not even sure that's covered.
Please call them They can answer any questions you have about the store
If you use composite materials for the deck surface, very expensive. Wood... Not nearly as much. A good sized deck is very expensive. $20,000...and up
Yep just bought some of there premium black mulch sat. May 5th for 3 for $10.
Thank you all very much for your rapid response to my question.
If you're referring to lawn tractor batteries, not sure about that but there is Auto Zone in their shared parking lot. They do have a good selection of power tool batteries and other smaller batteries.
Only the plastic ones. The wooden ones are special orders. You can purchase those with a pro service associate. Ask for Valerie or Travis.
I'm not sure about Lowe's but I do know Home Depot does.
