I just have to reach out and let you all know that I am very impressed. I was asked to sing at a funeral and needed a piece that was not in my personal library. I called your store and Tom went over and above what one would expect a retailer to do. He offered to make a special trip to the publisher and pick up the music so I could have it in time.
