Save your time and money stay off base. Half the houses don’t have A/C. Lawn maintenance is joke, Trees hanging all over the houses, streets and over your vehicles. Maintenance technicians hanging outside all the time. Funny smell in half the houses, I pray it’s not toxic. Kitchen Stove work when they want. Some of the doors are swelling, cause they are difficult to shut and lock. The one star is for friendly staff… Entire Bruns Park community needs renovation. Some townhomes are the same size different prices. Mines come with no a/c or upstairs fans.. $2200 others same price $1900.00 same square footage… Pictures to follow next.

Maintenace tech was very rude and disrespectful, raised his voice at me like I was kid. They need to hire more people with better customer service skills

Disgusting houses outrageously priced. The only reason we stay here is for the security of base and Lincoln doesn't even have control of that. Calling for months about maintenance issues with still no resolutions. They just don't show up. And you have to keep calling back for assistance. Mold in the windows, terrible quality of windows and doors and most every thing with the house. And for being over 3k a month, you'd expect better. Total trash.

My husband and I live in military housing...and from day one, the treatment we have received from the staff and maintenance have been superb. When we have issues with something on the appliances, or plumbing, they come right away We been living in our housing for closely 2 yrs. now, and we feel secure and safe. Now and then, the office will think of something that will get the housing community to get together, specially on fourth of July. It is great to live here.
