You can go to the website or just walk up and complete them in person.
You have to go in person and sign a waiver. Another nice place is sky zone and yes you have to go in person and use the computers and register. Its an agreement that the entity is not responsible for injuries. No injuries too much fun. Sky zone is so much better you can order pizza for parties and jump around like crazy. Enjoy. FOR ADULTS TOO!
