This is ridiculous. I know where this is going. My fiancee had water damage because of their negligence & his insurance would not pay either. Good thing he got home in time to prevent it leaking into the apartment below. Tring them to do anything is like trying to pull teeth. Even its their fault. They brought in a dehumidifier to dry out the apartment & it sat in the hall for 2 weeks after the apartment mess was done getting straightened out. Get a lawyer if you can afford one.
