Why do I always see people filling up giant containers of water from a pipe along the side of the road? The water is safe for drinking?? Is this legal?? What's the source?

I know a chemist that tested it. He said it was over 99.5% pure. It's where we get our drinking water.

There are a few others in the area listed on the application trail maps as safe drinking and bathing.

The source is a deep natural spring. The water has been tested and is clean and potable. Its called spouting spring. If you go there are some rules.. respect the line and peoples space.. leave it cleaner than when you found it.. tell everyone these rules
