Absolutely horrible!!! Never in my life have encountered such an unprofessional and rude “primary care” physician.

Worse billing system I have ever seen, probably never go back to this place, they took 20-30 minutes to take all your ID and scans your insurance and driver license and every time I get bill without putting any insurance insurance information in their billing system, first time I thought it is okay then I called I corrected and give them the information again, after few months got the same bill again that insurance was denied, well I see they put all the information wrong again, I went to the office to tell the front desk and let them know this is keep happening they told me there is nothing they can do I need to call billing department, which is all automated answering it takes ages to talk to a person, for the 3rd time I corrected my insurance again and asked billing department who is responsible for stop let this happening again they said go back to the office where you did the test! Seriously 😳 and they send me to billing, I only know this place is a mess. Why they bothers my time to filling out all these information while they don’t have corrected info for 3-4 times in a row. Worst experience I have ever had.

My technician was wonderful, but this facility is now operated by Community Radiology Associates as of April 1, 2022. It was very busy when I arrived, so give yourself plenty of time. I think they are still trying to figure things out. My one star is due to them no longer reading mammograms on the spot like FMH/FHH previously did. The last time I had to get additional images & sonogram. If this occurs now, you will be required to return for more imaging at a later date.

The lab for bloodwork is always so full with many patients because the in processing of patients is TOO SLOW. There’s very few office (1 to 2 ) and (2) nurses given the high volume of patients that need services. I’ve been coming here for years and I always dread coming to the lab early in the morning because no matter how early you arrive, it is an average of 1 to 2 hours. The staff are friendly but their process is ridiculously long. I’ve actually delayed getting my lab work to 2 to 3 months because of the dreadful wait. Why can’t this be better?
