Did not charge my insurance for my first visit and I haven't been able to get ahold of someone for weeks. I have called multiple numbers that all go to voicemail, messaged in the portal, and even sent a letter. My insurance was in the portal when I logged in for my first appt. Mind boggling no one seems to be around. I wont be going back nor paying anything but my copay.

Not sure but this facility does not do Colonoscopies. This is a primary care office. You should go to Digestive Care Specialists Dr Charbel is the best
John Hopkins does have offices here in Frederick but not quite sure what they do there

Yes we have 2 medical assistants who speak Spanish and access to a video interpreting system for Spanish as well.
