I went here for the first time today. On Facebook I saw they were having a Carnival Day...advertised tons of giveaways, raffles, food, snacks. Definitely not true! only 1 raffle, no food or snacks at all. A couple samples only and no giveaways. I realize that it was lightly raining and that could have been a factor in food, but not for majority of what was mentioned. Also I looked in every aisle at the store and not 1 employee (at least 5 working) came up to me! I did ask a couple guys standing around 1 question and got a 2 word answer. Definitely not a good experience at all.

My husband and I began going to Capitol Nutrition about 3 years ago and will never go anywhere else. All employees are knowledgeable about ALL their products. We buy all of our supplements, pre workout, post workout and aminos from here. Our teenage/adult children are now loyal customers! If you are having a bad day, you can walk in there and your day will change--the aura of this place will change your mindset. To all of the employees--Thank you for all of the great advice!
