The customer service was good however they kept part of the deposit with no explanation. The receipt showed a cleaning fee as well as a re-fuel charge. The tank was full when I returned the car. This seems to be a recurring issue each time I rent from Enterprise.

Hello, I would like to give the highest satisfaction rating possible to the fine employees of the Enterprise on West Patrick St. in Frederick MD. I have never rented a car so seamlessly, effortlessly, and with such confidence. The gentlemen that I worked with ensured I was completely taken care of as their customer from the minute I called for pick up from the auto body shop. From a friendly, personable conversation with Bill, who drove me to Enterprise, to an easy, 5 minute walk through on the car by the associate who helped me (I believe his name was Ryan but my memory is faint), I could not be more satisfied. It is my hope that Enterprise can find more employees like those who are at the West Patrick Frederick MD location. Superb job guys. Thank you for your time and care. Best, MJM

Go to the website and fill out the application they will set up an account and then you. Select your model see whats available and also price per day. When you get to enterprise all you have to do is give confirmation number show id and so forth. Pay by credit card .
Yes, they do pick-up and drop-off; they do ask for notification before hand and prefer a day's prior notice so they have a driver ready on time. The only place I recall without pick-up service was within the Ft Detrick compound.
