I've been here several times, and have yet to be disappointed. They do have a special for three oil changes which I think is 180 bucks. I think that's pretty well worthwhile since it's all inclusive. As you can guess, getting a key made for a vehicle these days as a might pricey but they do it they do it quickly and they do it correctly. I guess it's one of those old you get what you pay for. So, after five trips there, I have yet to be disappointed. Now that's what we have to call good service.

My girlfriend and I were in the market for a new vehicle and decided to go browsing through the different Frederick used dealerships. The first two dealerships, Shockley Honda and Darcars Toyota, were not great, nobody was willing to even work with us to find a vehicle that fit our budget and just dismissed us if we did not agree with window price. Essentially if we didn't go with their price, which was ridiculously out of our budget, we were worthless to them and laughed us off, not even giving us any options. Fast forward about an hour and we make our way to Tate. As soon as we get to the lot and start browsing, one of the employees, Jason Liller, came to greet us. Already we could tell this was going to be a different experience. Hot, sweating, and frustrated we go much more straightforward and say we want X type of vehicle for X budget. Jason starts looking through the inventory and picks out a few vehicles for us. He was extremely straightforward, patient, and helpful through this whole experience. They took our situation into consideration through the whole process and after about an hour we reached a deal that worked for everyone. Out of all the dealerships I have been to, prior to that day and even on that day, Tate was easily the best experience. Jason was extremely professional and most importantly was will to work with us. I will absolutely be checking out Tate next time we are in the market for a new vehicle. Also shout out to Geoff who helped us on the final stretch while the holiday rush came in. He helped get the tags on and gave me a really great rundown of the vehicle.

My vehicle was in for a recall and to check a dangerous issue prior. I was told there was no issue after the first service. I filled out a survey based on this service. I took it back when the issue happened again. Spoke with Joe in person and service was agreed upon with the wire harness. Joe then got the information from my previous survey AFTER service was agreed upon and called me outraged about the survey that I had filled out honestly from the first service and to come pick up my jeep immediately without completing any service on a very dangerous issue that was agreed upon in person. This dealership will refuse fixing or looking at an extremely dangerous issue with the power steering/EBS/ Shifting going out if you fill out a survey. Moral of the story is don't bring your business here.

Tate does have courtesy vehicles available. Depending on the repair, warranty will cover the cost in most cases. Call one of the service advisors and they will let you know if it's a covered repair.
