I have a flat tire on my 2014 wrangler. it now has the spare on which is new tread. The other tires have a few years of wear. Do I need to buy 4 new tires. What can it do to my vehicle if I dont?

If the spare is the same as the other tires you should be ok. If it's a different type from what you have on your wrangler you might have a balance issue but it should not be that big a problem.
