I believe so I made a donation and I received, a formal thank you and a document that can be framed and hung on the wall, stating you are a founding sonar, the letter it got also said the names of dinars would be publicly available, so I would answer yes, some of the muesem is still under construction so maybe that particular part still needs to be completed, however the majority of the muesem is completed.

I am not sure myself, my uncle helped plan and develop this museum we went in for only about an hour to just check it out.

I did not see anything about a tree registry. There is a computer to look up Army Veteran's in a database by the front desk.
