Bad attitude. Never answer or return phone calls. Want to schedule an appointment? Good luck.

This hospital was awesome! My daughter was just born here and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful!

We have been calling the MRI clinic since 9:30 this morning and we still have not been able to make an appointment. Andrews AFB is even worse because they never answer nor give you the option to be in a que. Totally unacceptable.

Very tough to deal with their radiology department. Then when it came time to leave, I was going to an area without an Army hospital nearby and needed to hand-carry my radiology records. They sent me off with the wrong records - and I went half-way across the country and could not get the right records.

Depends on the clinic and the time of day
I'm not sure... you may have to call the hospital's information desk to get that answer.
WOW! I'm so sorry you weren't treated with the level of professionalism and respect the you deserved 😔😔😔 Anything less their absolute best efforts is unacceptable!
I'm not sure... you may need to call the hospital to see if they can tell if he's still there.
It's in Fairfax County but it's not open to the public. It's on an Army base.
Yep! There is an entire "strategic communications" department (they call it that, not PAO).
The direct line to every front desk for every clinic is listed on the public website..
Oak building, level 5
If you are military I'm sure you can if not you have to go to an area hospital to schedule that procedure like Mount Vernon Hospital Fort Belvoir is a military Hospital
I'm not sure... I've never visited the nursery or labor and delivering at FBCH but I would guess it would have everything a non-military hospital would have. You can call them to ask whatever questions that you may need answered.
Randee is correct. Civilians are treated in an emergency and billed as per usual practices.
Oak Pavilion, level 5. Hope you made it
Check the occupational therapy office . I believe it's listed on there clinic sign . Of course call who knows on availability.
Still live in Virginia? Go to DMV and they can print one right there.
In Radiology on the second floor near the middle to the right of the central stairs.
You need to go through your primary care physician and have them refer you to a doctor that's in the Fort Belvoir community. Either you or your mother or her husband needs to be prior military or currently active military to use the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital.
