Went to get the company truck washed since it was close to my jobsite, I paid with cc originally and realized I needed tip money. The young man at the register helped me put the charge on my debit card instead so I could get cash back. Super friendly guy and very helpful and patient. I had left a few tools in the bed of the truck and the kind gentleman who checked me in found me on a bench and handed me the tools. They don't want them getting whipped up by the brushes. I thought it was nice that he found me to make sure they didn't get lost or dissappear. The gals who wiped down the truck after the wash were very thorough and the truck (which was literally covered in splattered love bugs) came out super clean!!! Will definitely go back if I need a wash in the Conroe area. Full service is the way to go for sure. 25 stars!!!

I came to get just the left side of the floor done and they returned it back to me this way. I was expecting a "Feel good in a clean car!" Type of feel, but instead I felt robbed out of my money for poor quality cleaning. 1 star for not following directions. I also spoke to the manager Cindy, she was very rude and adamant to not hearing my situation and interrupting me without letting me speak that I had requested only the flooring of the driver side, she kept going on how that level of service costed more. In the end I didn't want to try to communicate with that level of customer service, I didn't get my vehicles floor on driver side cleaned and had money taken from me, didn't have the people hear me out and instead on guard and adamant and more interested in selling at any cost even if it means losing people because they can't hear what the customer was asking in their needs. Employee ID 41432 and manager Cindy need more customer service and understanding how that translates to good reviews and more importantly more business. To whoever it may concern, please and thank you for prompt attention.
