Yes you can, there may be be a minimal fee when you cross the scales.
Yes, as long as you are a Washington County citizen you can use our facilities. You will need to go across the scales and pay at least the $10 minimum fee (covers up to 360 pounds). You will need to be on the scales before 3:00PM.
