This is a 100% lie! We have gone 3 days in a row for the passport office twice in the morning and onnce at noon. It was closed. We spoke to a clerk who told us that they leave whenever they want, asked for a supervisor and he told me the same and to return next day. I returned and yet again no one was working. Supervisor again told me the same as before. It's embarrassing that the US govt agency is a mess and I wasted my time 3 days. This is the worst post office. No wonder Amazon has taken over
