Yes you should be able to pick up flat rate boxes after hours in any local post office. Thanks for your business.
I expect those option are only nesssesary when people need them. The flat rate boxes is the stuff what they have to purchase during the opening hours. The Post service know that we can deliver and pick up boxes that has items in it. The only people they can count on is the associates.
