Never again will I use Greyhound. I paid for a ticket from Woodbridge, VA to Richmond, VA . The bus never showed up so in order for me not to miss my pickup I had to catch an urber an hour and half away to Richmond terminal. The Richmond Greyhound was nasty. The bathroom lookednas it had not been cleaned in weeks. Called Greyhound only to be told I had to fill out an form online. I got an email that they are sorry for the delay but they will not be refunding my money for the ticket . What kind of mess is that. I'm tell everyone I know not to use Greyhound because they punish you for their mistake. I will be making reviews on all social media platforms. This is the last time they will take my money!!

Yes. The Greayhound station is worth it. They can do many conveient opportunities to serve you the best vacation. The main purpose is you have to make sure you're there on time. Because if you're late or miss it, they're not responsible for it.
