worst customer service by dr Fartash i realy dont even think she should practice medicine because she is good for noting. never sent in my refills or ever called me back with my blood work reports. worst doctor in the world if she should even be consider one. please be aware

these doctors are so great! they make sure I am up to date on all my bloodwork, and make sure my medications are refilled. I have not had a more caring doctor then these two!!!

I would not recommend! If you are going to be a new patient, find a different place! My initial visit was for a annual physical and I have never been so rushed doing one, the dr didn’t even spend 5 min listening to my concern or medical history! Upon getting my blood work result i got a call from the nurse that the dr prescribed me a medicine that I will need to take for life they said due to my TSH levels and that it wasn’t an option “I had to take it” I was surprised as most of my previous Thyroid level were always normal?! Anyway they told me to take it and ask the dr any questions I had during my next follow up! The first 2 week I was fine but then started developing what I believed were side effects I call the office and said it wasn’t related and to continue treatment, during my follow up I insisted that I was feeling well and was very vertu bad episode of vertigo. They ignored and referred me to an ENT. Saw the ENT, run some test but nothing?! So 3 months later I decided to go to a different dr in the same filed and tells me that I don’t need the médecin and takes me off of it ...1week after stoping it I felt better no vertigo, leg cramp and depressed mood I was experiencing! I am glad I got myself out of that office before they caused me a irreversible injury ! Seriously stay away the dr is very cold, lack of care, and only wants your money!!
