Where to begin…I guess if I could rate the doctor separately, I would give Dr. Alemzadeh 5 stars. This rating is all about the support staff…which is a complete joke. I had an appt scheduled for Aug 29 and three weeks prior to that, I started calling because I needed a referral to have blood work done before my appt. You absolutely cannot get a human being to answer the phone OR return a call. I left at least 3 VMs, called several times a week and nothing. I live over an hour away so I didn’t want to make two trips and pay my co-pay twice, so I tried to call the Friday before my appt to reschedule…no answer or return call. So I didn’t go and what appears just a few days later but a $50 no show bill! How can anyone cancel or reschedule if your office never answers the phone or returns calls?? Horrible customer service.

It is unfortunate that the primary care physician at Cardinal Internal Medicine in a medical emergency has an incompetent staff with no empathy whatsoever. When I call the office and express that I cannot make it to the medical appointment; because I'm very sick, I can't drive and I don't have family to drive me to the appointment. And the first reaction of the receptionist, without the slightest empathy, tells me that I have to pay $50.00 not to go. Look The $50.00 is irrelevant to me. What is really relevant and sad is that an employee ignores one's plight as a patient; and not administrative penalties. Too bad that a medical office has an insensitive and mediocre work team. What's worse is that the doctors may be unaware of how poorly their employees handle patient situations at Cardinal Internal Medicine.

I have had the same claim denied 2 times because this office doesn’t not fill out paperwork in anything close to a reasonable time. It has been over a month and the medical records that have been requested still have not been sent. It took them a month and me coming in multiple times in one week for them to fill out a single sided piece of paper. Literally one freaking sentence and a signature. They didn’t do it until I came in. I have had my livelihood threatened due to the incompetence of this office. Now let’s see if they fix it!!

If you call the office, the front office staff can provide you with your login information. Otherwise, you can log in by verifying your name, date of birth, and phone number.
