I came to the office for my passport and the Lady Kathy was very rude. She works very terrible with the costumer service. We pay for the service but the service was awful. I tried to speak with the supervisor but they told me he was not there. I hope the post office check the costumer service work in the passport office.

The individual would have to submit a change of address to your residence and provided that all is filled out correctly, then it should be a seamless transfer and they should have their mail in between 1-2 weeks depending on how tentative the carrier is to the request. To add, they can either do this online, or at the Post Office.

You may can try to get an appointment in the postal service for a Passport request. If nesssesary, you must be there on the earlier time before it get too busy with pack of customers that will crowd a longer line. The only way to prevent this from happening is to be there in weekdays. It's 10 times easier then weekends or holidays. Those are not recommended. I encourage you to do this in weekdays instead because they open longer and it's more convenient in passport service. That's my solution.
There no need to make appointments there. However, the postal service is acciceble for any schedule without worrying about what time you and anyone else have to be there. If that's your question, The answer to this is. No. And I'm 100% sure of this.
