As William Wallace asked if you have an address you get mail at you can get food stamps. Also you can use St. Martin's hospitality center as an address. They allow may homeless to use that as their mailing address. Also if you are Native you can use the Native American place on Texas and Zuni. But also as he stated they do give stamps to the homeless. They do have job, or school requirements that would have to be met after I believe it is 6 months. One of the requirements is to at least go job hunting and put in some applications. Not hard to do. If your on disability you are exempt from any and all work requirements if not they also except volunteering as work. I hope this helps.
Do you have a mailing address? Or an address where you park the RV? What programs are you wanting to apply for? Many of the applicants are homeless and they are still able to receive benefits.
