Disgrace. Several reports have been made for a year and they do absolutely nothing. Even knowing the individual has NO FOOD in the house. POA was arrested and still they do nothing. Supervisor is a joke and rude. No compassion and doesn't care at all. They need to be investigated and called out on their neglect. They are failing miserably at their job. Perhaps once they are sued...

Made a call to these people and was promised to be called back about abuse on a disabled gentleman and I never got called back or they didn't even go and check out anything

Call the phone number listed for APS, and someone will evaluate asap. I believe it's mandatory follow up within 24 hours, first evaluation. My understanding is this is exactly the situation APS can help with. However if situation spirals out of control please call 911. Very best wishes for you and your family.
