Took my son for replacement card, it was issued and he was done in 30 minutes, much better than I remember it used to be when it would take a full day just to get seen.

I had the best experience with the Social worker representative that assisted me. I had no issues or problems. She was very helpful and answered all my questions and also very patient.

SNAP does not count as income, therefore you don't have to file taxes. However, Cash - (GA) General Assistance and TANF do count as income and so you should recieve tax paperwork from the office at the end of the year.

Best to go in at Randolf. Your birth certificate, 3 bills with your current address, soc sec card and a patient smile. Need birth certificate of all those involved & any other gov papers. Trust in yourself, be brave & strong, you can do this with thoughtful people there. Life works if you are working with the system. Good luck!
No, the county you live in has no affect on benefits. If you move out of state you will need to close your NM case and re-apply in your new state of residence.

As William Wallace asked if you have an address you get mail at you can get food stamps. Also you can use St. Martin's hospitality center as an address. They allow may homeless to use that as their mailing address. Also if you are Native you can use the Native American place on Texas and Zuni. But also as he stated they do give stamps to the homeless. They do have job, or school requirements that would have to be met after I believe it is 6 months. One of the requirements is to at least go job hunting and put in some applications. Not hard to do. If your on disability you are exempt from any and all work requirements if not they also except volunteering as work. I hope this helps.
Situation needs to be reviewed by social worker. Go, find out, you may find just what you need!
Once approved for Medicaid you have 90 days to switch MCO's. After that you are locked in until the time of your annual recertification.

If she is not already active on a different case you'll just need to submit the ISD 109 Change Report indicating she is in the household. You can also just submit a new application with everyone in the household on it. If she IS already active on a different case you would need a written statement from the head of that case giving the office permission to have her removed from that case and added to your case, or you can submit other proofs showing that you have majority custody of her, at least 51%. This is best done with a court order or proof from CYFD.
Birth certificate, social security card, or passport. Pay stubs at least two most current. Don't forget to have your current address and phone number handy as well.
You will also need check stubs or proof of unmployment, utility bills lease agreement or agreement to pay friends or relatives rent. If you are applying for cash you will need same items if you can only do limited participation required monthly hours medical records indicating that you can only work X number of hours.
