I need to ship a small bottle of prescription meds from a hotel in Lexington KY to my home in Naples FL. The meds must be kept frozen before use. How is this accomplished? Thank you.

You must ship the meds with dry ice which would make the package a (dg) dangerous goods shipment. Call 1800gofedex for more info on how to do so and they will help you with the details and process. Also it is NOT illegal to ship meds, FedEx does it all the time!

Insulate the box really well and use cold packs (gel refrigerate works best).

Purchase a cool pack, but you cant say what them contents of the package. Its illegal to ship meds.
