FedEx is by far the worst shipping provider in the world. How they are so big and have so many contracts is beyond me. This location may be great but in general the FedEx team of SWFL stinks. Much better off using UPS or USPS. I spend at LEAST $1000 a day in shipping charges so its not a one off thing. They are consistently bad at their job. Here is the latest of the victims. Like how do you even drop something off like that?

This review is a review of FedEx as a whole. You guys are a joke, someone pays for two days shipping it doesn't mean FIVE days. You bar someone from picking up their own package because it is not "scheduled for delivery yet", you give a window of 20 hours for delivery but don't have any tracking to make sure someone is home for delivery to sign for package, and then you repeat same mistake the next day. I will never use FedEx again. You make every delivery harder than it needs to be.

U can call fedex(800gofedex) and tell them the situation and they will help you with it, probably give you some options.
This one goes to rsw then to Memphis
This location is open till 6pm
There are several FedEx locations in Naples, but the 3885 Mercantile office is the consolidation point so that is the office you need to call. I would imagine that the time you are looking for also depends on what size package you have and the destination you are shipping to. As above, give them a call or stop by 3885 Mercantile Ave, Naples, FL 34104. Best of luck.
Yes they will!
Return the item, if you call they will schedule a pickup
You must ship the meds with dry ice which would make the package a (dg) dangerous goods shipment. Call 1800gofedex for more info on how to do so and they will help you with the details and process. Also it is NOT illegal to ship meds, FedEx does it all the time!
Yes, I have seen their trucks today the 14th in the Pelican Bay area.
