First time going into this location. Just got a few snacks and water, it was not busy a few customers. The cashier greeted us as we walked in and was very polite at cash out. Things looked organized and neat, with an overall clean appearance. Keep up the good work!

I went today to get my husband's prescription. After a long night of frustration at the ER, it was refreshing to interact with these nice ladies. Thank you Heather and thanks to Gabriel. Both of them helped me tremendously trying to find the best price for my husband medication. At the end, after trying a few discount companies platforms, we got a huge discount. Once again thanks to both of you!

Horrible customer care, Unethical, extremely rude, the doctor told me I had to wait 2-3 days to receive my antibiotic, I returned to CVS, I do not recommend this Walgreens to anyone!!!!

If I could give a negative number for their service I would. I have had to fill prescriptions there twice and both times I had issues and to compound the issues the staff were rude and unhelpful. The first time they “couldn’t find” it in their system hours after it was submitted by my physician until a more experienced, though more rude, tech was able to pull it up and get it filled an hour later. Tonight their systems were down and they couldn’t fill it after I had come back the 2 hours later that they said it would be ready. Instead of telling me how I could get my prescription elsewhere I had to ask if there was an alternative. The tech did tell me with a huge attitude that I could go to another Walgreens. Go to the one on Vanderbilt and Airport if you need to use a Walgreens. They were able to fill my prescription in 20 minutes after my arrival.
