July 4, 2022 PM my hot water heater in the attic broke. I called 911 Restoration. Travis was here within one hour. Derek, Lorenzo and his team followed up over the next eight days with removing all wet debris and moving dehumidifiers and air blowers as needed. Regularly, they checked humidity levels as they continued the clean up. Derek, always called on his way to my house. Excellent work, customer service, communication, clean and polite.

I can’t say enough good and positive things about 911 Restoration. From the moment I called, Travis showed up. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He assessed my water damage and got to work immediately setting up scrubbers, blowers, and setting up an appointment to have my home tested with mold. He was in contact with me almost daily and patiently explained the process and answered my questions. His crew worked hard and diligently removed the damaged flooring and baseboards. They completed the mold remediation process with EXCELLENCE and cleaned everything beautifully from my registers, ducts, and walls. I was in a “time crunch” knowing I was leaving town and Travis worked hard and kept his word that everything would be completed on time. And it was!!! Whenever I had a question, I felt comfortable in calling Travis and he always made himself available.
