Yes it is meant for little kids to have birthday parties or just for fun
Absolutely =) we started at 8 months, when my boy was just starting to crawl a bit. He progressed quickly; maybe watching other little ones crawl and walk around motivated him, haha! There are padded mats to move around safely on, and the toys are put away to be washed if it gets chewed on (It's a very clean place)
Yes! I began taking my daughter at 8 months. They have a crawlers section.
