10/12/22 Derrick, from Grove Heating & Cooling, was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered my question concerning UV bulbs and was very efficient and prompt for the appointment. The office staff was very courteous and called to remind me of the appointment. 07/2022 Outstanding job Jason. Jason diagnosed the problem as a compressor failure. He told me immediately the entire problem, and what steps were needed before a new compressor could be installed. Joanna immediately ordered the part, and setup the install. Jason immediately went to work on a four hour compressor replacement. Thank you both for excellent service!
