We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears! You're the parent- you be the judge. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't bring your child to a PG-13 rated movie, it's probably not a good idea to bring them to a haunted house.
I work security there. There is no guideline to a minimum age however as someone already stated, it is parental discretion. Most times parents are holding there small children. I would highly recommend ear protection for the small ones.
